Ashley Boudet is a Naturopathic doctor trained in Primary Care Medicine. As a Naturopathic Doctor, she is committed to promoting a connection to nature as a pathway to healing. She has always had an interest in health and nutrition, and, after several years working in the social work and behavior research fields, decided to integrate her experiences by pursuing a doctoral degree at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon.
Mark Reinfeld is the winner of Vegan.com’s Recipe of the Year Award and has more than 20 years of experience preparing creative vegan and raw food cuisine. Since 2012 he has been the executive chef for the North American Vegetarian Society’s Summerfest, one of the largest vegetarian conferences in the world. He specializes in vegan and raw food recipe development and offers vegan cuisine workshops worldwide.
